A Tax Certificate is binding document that includes information about a specific property, these certificates are typically requested by law firms and/or financial institutions. The fee to produce the certificate is set out by City of Brandon’s Fee Schedule, and is currently $56.75. If you wish to obtain something other than a Tax Certificate, please contact the Finance Department – taxes@brandon.ca or 204-729-2228.
